Ernest Hemingway, working while standing.   You probably remember the infographic that went around last year about the problem of sitting for more than 8 hours a day.  In a nutshell:  all that sitting around is killing us.  Not that standing and working did much to save Ernest Hemingway, but we can’t all be tragic figures.   Get up and move as much as you can.
